Before anyone could predict who Todd Foege would be, he knew.

In the sixth grade, he told his teacher he wanted to be a child psychologist. On the playground, he’d break up fights, or mediate arguments between other kids — he’d do anything to help, his mom, Maripat Kline said, because that’s who he was.

His title never became psychologist, but his mission stayed the same from that sixth grade day on: He helped kids.

2015 Annual NAMI Walk Magic Continues

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Collier County successfully hosted their 13th annual Walk on Saturday, March 21, 2015 in Cambier Park in Naples. Nearly 600 proud supporters flooded the sunny park for the ‘The Magic is You’ themed event, which was able to raise an incredible total of nearly $100,000. Funds raised during the Walk go directly toward providing and maintaining NAMI’s programs and services.
