Please rally your friends (from near and far) to help us raise $39,000 during this 24-hours of online giving. We are asking our supporters to give whatever they can, because every gift will be multiplied through matching funds. The more money NAMI Collier County raises to support our Tommy August Memorial Emergency Care Fund, the larger percentage of the $500,000 matching funds we receive.

Join us in raising awareness about the work we do in the community. Open our Campaign Email Blasts and Facebook posts … then Like Us … Share Us … Spread the word on social media … or just have a conversation to tell friends and family why NAMI Collier County is important to you and why you believe in what we do.

Designating NAMI Collier County for this 24-hour online campaign will provide critical funds to assist both individuals and families throughout our programming areas. Offering a helping hand when it is needed most to people on their personal journey of resilience and recovery.

NAMI Collier County helps by eliminating short-term emergency financial barriers to ensure their immediate mental health needs are met. Sometimes helping with housing assistance or co-pays for essential psychiatric care and medications. Providing money to pay for a bus pass or other transportation to get to a doctor’s appointment. Purchasing “work” clothes to help someone start a new job or helping a family buy a school uniform to ensure their child can attend classes.

Several options are available for our supporters to make their personal  GWYLCollier contribution, designating NAMI Collier County as the recipient:

* Donate online at GiveWhereYouLiveCollier on February 20, starting at noon.

* Write a check to GiveWhereYouLiveCollier dated February 20, 2019 and we will deliver it to the Community Foundation as part of our campaign pledges.

* Speak with Lisette Holmes directly at the Community Foundation of Collier County (239) 649-5000 to arrange a contribution of stocks, DA Fund or an IRA. (MUST be Pre-arranged in Advance of Giving Day).
